OT? Opinions on premium FilePlanet and GameSpot downloads

This seems somewhat software-related since problems are often solved by downloading some huge patch, and you've got to get those playable demos somewhere...

Is anyone here using the high-speed premium versions of FilePlanet or GameSpot?

FilePlanet is $7/month while GameSpot is $10/month or $40/year. $40/year seems like the better deal, but I suspect FilePlanet has more content (mods, levels, tools, etc.), and more non-game content?

I don't think I'll do that, for the amount of time I use it, it's not worth it. I can wait for my downloads. If they would force everyone to purchase a download they would not be in business.
