Out of the 3 orders I have placed, 2 1/2 of them have needed to be RMAed/returned. The first was the video card. I ordered an AIW Radeon 32mb and they mailed me a radeon 64mb (not AIW). Then, the AIW Radeon comes in (my new one), and when I open it up, there is a resistor/something that had fallen off the board. Also, the motherboard I received from them is defective. I have been trying hard to get my computer together, but this is nearly impossible with all this broken parts and stuff.

I have had very good experience with newegg.com. They always ship on time and notifies you with email confirmation. In fact I order most of my computer parts from them. I just ordered 2 1.2ghz tbird and it should get here Monday. THANKS NewEGG!!!

NO I'm not affiliated with NEWEGG whatsoever. Just a very satisfied customer.. Daz all.

I tried them once. No problems other than I had to RMA my KK266 which I can hardly blame on NewEgg.
Yesterday I ordered again... another KK266 for my nephew and a G450 with 16MB DDR for $75. They said they had removed all the KK266s with mispositioned R356/R357 resistors. We'll see probably by Tuesday.

The first mistake was obviously their fault. But how can you necessarily blame faulty hardware on newegg.com?

I think newegg was great. I ordered an Iwill KK266 and a T-bird 850Mhz. Prices were great on the MB, and decent on the T-bird. Free shipping on the MB. Reasonable Fedex shipping on the CPU. Both worked great outta the box. And they shipped the day after I ordered them, unlike some other online places which shipped up to 3 days after my order was entered. Ugh.

Only thing that could have been a little better with newegg is slightly better packing... like some popcorn or bubbles around the processor and MB. But, it all arrived fine.

Good job newegg.

Mistreatment of mechandise? I'm just venting basically :) I just find it hard to believe that 3 out of 4 items I've ordered need to be RMA. I'm just pissed that I have to wait till Wednesday before i can test out my 1.2ghz 266 AXIA chip :)

I will have to say though..they have a wide range of CSR. The first one was very nice and even ordered the new video card and sent it overnight, and refunded me my original shipping charges. This new one however, wouldnt reorder the card for me, wouldnt and refund shipping. Low and Behold, i call back the 3rd time about the motherboard and I get the 2nd girl and she starts thinking that I'm trying to scam Newegg somehow (even though they are doubling charging me until the RMA parts get back in), and puts me on hold for 5 minutes. As of right now, I have probably over $1k worth of stuff on my credit card from newegg when there should really only be about $500 if there werent all these issues. That said...THEY CAN BADASS PRICES *(@)#% If none of these products are defective this time, I'll order from them again.
