Hello all,

I figured i would post here b/c I know a few active members of TA are from the UK (notably confused...if you are not from the Uk then colour me confused 😛 )

Anyways, the story is as follows:

About 2 years ago My girlfriend and myself found ourselves in HOllywood on vacation and we came upon a private showing of Leon Schuster's "Mr. Bones". We got in for free, all we had to do was fill in a survey, watched the movie, had a good time and left. Now this movie was supposed to hit Mainland USA in a few months but it has since not happened. What this movie has gone on to do is become the largest Selling movie in Africa's history and now is opening in Europe. My gf has been searching for a VHS of this movie for some time now but we have not been able to find a reputable dealer that will also ship to the US. (we did find one but they were selling illegal copies :/, so hence not reputable).

If any upstanding member of these forums from the UK could find a copy on VHS (don't think DVD would work b/c of Region 1 encoding issues) of this movie i would gladly pay for the movie, shipping, and something extra, and did i mention undying gratitude? 🙂

I could have a look around a couple of sites for you but it'll have to wait until I get home because all the shopping based sites are blocked from work 🙁
 
I've had a look around but can't find anything called 'Mr Bones' on VHS...could you find a couple UK based links?
 
I am at school and about to go to class so i can't provide more info. right now (will when i go home) but the movie might only be found in Spanish/German....🙁 A few polish sites were also selling it....more later!

You might do better with a DVD and a region-free mod for your drive.

You will need a VHS deck that can play PAL tapes since the UK uses PAL format and the US uses NTSC.
