OT: MSI K7D Master dual board and DDR question

I posted a question on the AT motherboard forum much earlier this evening and sadly has gone un-responded to

I was hoping someone here amongst my fellow DC'ers, my brothers-in-arms, might know, or know where to tell me to go lol

Guys I just got this dual MSI board in today from newegg, and am itching to feed it the max memory and get it burning hot with two XP 1800+ chips overclocked, and if anyone could set me straight on the RAM question I would be very much obliged
