Hello

I don't know if this goes here but its the only place I knew to put it. If you want I can take it down at any point.

Anyway I currently have two intellimouse opticals and one intellimouse optical explorer. I bought these off select people on anand over time and for some reason in the past year or so they have all went dead on me. I know the usb mice are on a 5 year warranty and the explorer wireless is lifetime. I check the MS site. The thing is they don't give me an address to get it rma'ed or anything.

SOooooo my question is: does anyone know where I send these mice to or how? If you could help me out that would be great. Thanks. :)

Call them and they will probably just send you new ones and tell you to cut the cables on the old ones and throw them away...
It is not worth their time to sanitize and refurb a mouse or keyboard.

after going through three different microsoft IE replacements since they came out, I just got tired of them and Carpe diem'ed a chance on an MX500... I can only HOPE they are as benevolent as microsoft in their replacement/warranty program. Microsoft's was so good it was surreal. New mouse overnight.
