Can you overclock this chip to make yourself think faster and add extra cache memory so you remember more?

Could lead to things like people having implanted memories, knowledge, nobody would need top learn anymore...it's good and bad, could lead to a weird society were only the select few get it and everyone else gets no education at all....or something....conspiracy theory of mine....

The medical applications are quite intriguing though....but...I'm not having an Intel inside sticker stuck to my forehead.....
