This may be OT, but I read a lot of questions in these forums like "is scsi better/faster than ide?" and the like. Well, this months Maximum PC mag has an article that pits the two formats together. It answers a lot of these types of questions and has a lot of good info without getting "too" technical. I recommend it to anyone who really wants to know about the way these two formats perform against one another. It may supprise you!
 
Heh that's kinda funny since this 592 post thread ("This will never be settled! Do you use an all SCSI or all IDE based sytem and why?&quot😉 is currently (and for the past few weeks) debating that exact topic.

Lol, I go back to it every few days and read a page or two at a time.... Modus has got to work for the Government to have so much time to answer the way he does... lol... After reading about halfway I ordered a Tekram SCSI card...
