I love Porter! :):)

There is a brewery near me that makes an awesome porter but you have to go there to buy it on draft because they don't bottle it.

Oh man. Is that before or after you ate it? :D I don't think we get that brew here in Minnesota. But I always try to try different brews. Can't say you don't like it if you haven't tried it. :D

Hay Slatzman, a buddy of mine makes the Saint Arnolds brew. That stuff
is GREAT! He has given me samples of the "blonde" and some brew that
was 8.5% alcohol. He also gave me some glasses for the freezer that have
the Saint Arnolds logo and crest on them. Great stuff.....

if anyone is in Houston on a saturday, the Saint Arnold's brewery gives free tours. Basically Brock, the Brewmaster stands on a sack of grain, explains the brewing process, and then he opens the bar and you get four free beers, 6 oz beers, roughly 2 pints.

Like HayHauler said, great beer.

Have you checked to see if they will "jug" it for you? We have a local restaurant/brewhouse in town here, and while they
don't bottle, you can get 1/2 or 1 gallon jugs to take home (like the old moonshine jugs. Not sure if you buy or rent the jugs tho). Then
I think you can bring the jug back and get a refill.

Of course, maybe you are just looking for an excuse to go on down and get another :D:D:D:D

Those don't look very appetizing to me. Then again, I'm not a very big fan of fries. I wonder what I'm having for lunch... I hope its a nice warm tofu and tomato sandwich mmmm.

BTW the best food ever is chorizo con queso, aka heart attack in a bowl. Spicy Mexican sausage, smothered in Colby, Monterey and Cheddar cheese, and then heated up so the cheese melts. Use it as a dip for tortilla chips.... Oh my god it is sinfully good. I can feel my arteries start to clog as I eat it. :)

Yea, what he said!

Also, Chorizo / Egg / & Cheese tacos for breakfast, with your favorite salsa ! mmmmmmm

My personal favorite is Tejano Salsa, "Native Texan"(HOT) ! A buddy of mine makes it and it is
from his mom's recipe, really good....
