Just venting.

cameraclub.com is one lame e-tailer that charged my card on the 12/1 for $200,then calls up this morning to say its back ordered, and they don't know when it will be in!!!! THE NERVE! The lady said she was positive it was in stock and would ship the same day or next morning at latest!!! ASRAASDFHGAGHRGA Isn't that illegal?

Avoid them, they are con-artists, and my credit card company already said they will reverse any interest between the charge on the 1st and whenever the heck it gets refunded.

Another one, smilephotovideo.com did the same thing, but they never charged my card, and even called me up today, saying they got the item back in stock, and personally guarantee a tracking # tomorrow for sure.

What are these peepz thinking? Its xmas time, we want our stuff NOW.

I don't have a link but I'm sure it is against FTC regs to charge your card until the item ships.

RoadRuner: Thanks for the headsup, but it would be better to move this thread to Off-Topic, or at least have a copy of it there since this is bound to get locked up. Also, as Ranger X said, try posting in ResellerRatings since that would help more people out and you also can give them a horrible rating that other people will see. :)

Lesson to be learned: Stick with the big companies when buying during Christmas time. :)
