I don't live in Canada but I think it would help if you told people what part of Canada you are looking for it in. I know that there are lots of companies that supply wireless in the US like what you are looking for but it varies from city to city who does it.
 
Ok, I live within about 1 hour-1.5 hours of Toronto in Ontario.
