It's supposed to be "pure" PC2700, not overclocked PC2100.

Exactly. It is 2100 that will overclock to 2700.
 
there's no "standard," but there's 7ns RAM, 6ns RAM, and 5ns RAM. 7ns can hit ~142mhz, 6ns can hit ~167mhz, and 5ns should be able to hit ~200mhz. i just don't know how to read it. 😱
 
when you get it installed in your machine run CTSPD......will tell you everything about the chip..and some things you dont......lol
