OT: How does Onvia ship free shipping products?

I just ordered an Antec sx1030b case and used the free shipping (3-7 business days). It says it has been shipped but there is no tracking number. Do they ship it via USPS or what?
 
Call them up.. have your order number and such ready.. they use UPS, or Purolator, just call em up and ask them, they should have a tracking number for you.

jaybert, I just went throught this w/ outpost, and my package (Klipsch ProMedia 2.1's) came via Airborne Express. By the time I was able to get a tracking number, the package had arrived (ordered on a Tuesday, came on Wednesday).
