That wouldn't help. He didn't use the actual image, he made his own image based on the design that someone made for him. Basically, he stole an idea, not an actual image. Besides, anyone reasonably skilled in PS could get rid of the "SAMPLE" anyway.

that was a crock.

and it isn't right to troll ie...offer an exchange of goods,use the material and say you never recieved the product,should carry the same weight.
granted the property is harder to control here...it is still the principals we are all bound by here on anandtech.
