I wouldn't of been so mad if they would not of put up some a B.S. reply to the review.
Just so you guys know here is what went down.
1. Ordered case online. Payed with credit card. (Saw that it was back ordered till mid august. No prob.)
2. The end of august came and no case. No update e-mail of any kind.
3. 3 more weeks pased so we gave them a call. They said the case will be in, in two weeks. They were having problems getting them from their distro.
4. 2 weeks pasted and no shipment. (No e-mail stating it was being shipped or any kind of update) Gave them another call. They said they were still having problems with their distro. And it would be in very soon.
5. 2 1/2 months pased since the order was placed and still nothing. So he calls again and they finally tell him that they wouldn't be able to deliver the product. So they offered him another case at the same price. He told them to just cancel his order and give him a refund.
6. Ordered the same case from another site and got it on time.
Here is their responce.
Customer ordered case were it showed clearly backordered. Case came in stock and customer refused to take it once in stock. Credited in full
1. The case was backordered but not for 2 1/2 months. And they said it wasn't going to come in at all!
2. Sure the called and told him one was in stock. Well that was after he cancelled his order, and bought one from somewhere else!
3. Was not even credited in full until after they offered him the case again! He wanted it cancelled then not weeks or even months later!
I don't know what they are thinking. That crap just tick me off. They have horrible reviews for a reason. And then they try and deffend them selves by only telling you what they want you to hear.
Also they have this mouse on there site. It looks cool and all, and it had only good reviews. So he got one. Well its a pile. So he wrote a review of it on there site. To no surprise his review never made it up. Hmmm. And don't think it was a review of him trashing it for pages. It was simple and highlighted the good and bad points.
I don't know what happened to them. Like I said when I bought my case I had no real problems.
And even at reseller ratings there overall rating is a 3.54. but their six-month rating is a 1.83! They must of had a fairly good rating before to keep there rating at 1.83.
I just find them dishonest. I would of had not problems if once we called the first time they told use it looked like it would take some time to get them in. And even if they called or e-mailed us later to tell us that it would not be in I would be ok with that. But no they have to lead us around for months and then try and put the blame on us!
