I read that USPS will not handle intertnational COD.

So that leaves UPS/Fedex...

Do they take care of the exchange rates? Is it worth the hassle? Is there risk involved? Even though it is COD, UPS seems to indicate they take a check.

Thanks

They just send the check back to the seller. the UPS/Fedex guy verifies it.

I would not do it. you will be raped with custom charges

Its Customs + Fedex/UPS brokerage

If you declare the package pretty high, the CDN buyer will have to pay taxes for it.

Have the seller send you a money order and then ship it to him with usps.
Ups and fedex have some crazy brokerage fees, i paid enough of them to know.

Don't do COD. He can always refuse the package and you'll be out of shipping fees.
