OT: Cellphone internal attenna + Wave Scrambler

Since almost every computer savvy person has a cellphone, I thoughht this would be a good place to ask this:

I saw this ad for an Internal Attenna for Cell hpones, that supposedly gives you much better reception.
Does this work?

And there's a wave scrambler that prevents 99% of harmful electronic waves. My Nokia has burned me a couple of times - if I kept it ON near my chest in a coat pocket, the attenna would somehow burn my skin over time.

yea u put the wave scrambler over the speaker, its not like its the speaker thats giving off bad waves.
