OT: CDROM drives not showing up....please help!

My computer restarted for no reason......when it rebooted (perfectly fine by the way) I realized my CDROM drives weren't being recognized and they are not listed in MY Computer, but they show up in device manager with yellow exclmataion marks. What can I do? When I click on both my CDRW and DVD I see this message: Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39). I also posted this in the storage forum but I didn't get any response there and I know this is a livelier forum.....thanks in advance.

I do believe that your drives are operating in DOS Compatability mode. Reload your chipset drivers and that should take care of the problem.
