OT..can't login to customize

ever since i reformated hd this has happen.I go to login thats fine then when i go to customize it says tyou have to login.I'am logged in,,,it says so at bottom of page,,So login again,same error message.Using netscape 4.7 ,explorer 5.5 and opera.I have tried to reinstall the programs.The settings look fine.I had the problem when browser programs were installed at default settings.Didn't have problem before formating..Have been trying to login for 2 weeks...Any thoughts?????thx
 
yes cookies are enabled..I tied setting up a different profile.Samething when logging onto that one.It' happened on some other board that i got link from this board.All other boards are fine.Looked all over settings.They look fine have flushed cache..
 
after rebooting its started with netscape 3.03...I'm get java errors from anonymiser..Netscape 3.03 is set to defaults..Did nothing.I installed it on seperate drive.
