here's the deal.
i was bidding on klipsch speakers and i lost but he came out of nowhere and email me if i'm interested in getting those, i said "sure, but who are you and what is your ref.?" and he said he's from ebay with 30 ref.(4 neg) him and he said we should do this non-auction. and his price are way better than those. he told me to paypal him the money and get this done right away, should i trust him, and if he trick me ,can troll hunter get invovled to this?

I would stay away from that with a 10' foot pole. He he really wants to sell them to you, have him make an auction with the buy it now for the set price, if needed make it private. this way you are both protected by ebay policies. Also, verify on his negative evals.

No

From trollhunters.com:

We cannot assist at eBay or any other auction site. These sites have their own rules and policies in place.

Trade disputes that develop at affiliated forums will have priority. This is due to the fact that the moderators, staff, and other personnel of those forums DO SUPPORT the Troll Hunters through the sharing of information, proactive in their efforts to run a clean board, and other assistance that is very critical to the resolution of trade disputes.

However:

If you have a trade dispute that originated at a non-affiliated forum, we cannot assist except in a very limited case-by-case basis dictated by the case load of the individual Troll Hunters.

Ebay has not once worked with us. In fact they've never bothered to reply even when we warned them of known bad traders on their site.

don't do it.... I once did it with a movie poster, the exact same thing you're thinking about doing... Never recieved the poster, ebay said there was nothing they could do since it did not occur through them.

Couldn't even leave the guy negative feedback

At $10, it was an easy lesson, but learn from my mistake!

I was looking at some LCD monitors on ebay a year or so ago and a guy had like 10 of them at about 2/3 the retail price...all buy it nows. I got to checking out his other auctions and he had what looked like to be over $100,000 worth of various computer and electronic items that he had listed all on that day. I went to his feedback and he had 90+ positives but they were all for various trading cards for .10 a pop. He had spent about a month accumulating feedback on nickel and dime stuff. I emailed ebay and said this guy is setting up a big score and explained why. They sent me back a form letter saying all his auctions conformed to their standards blah blah blah. A coupla weeks later his feedback is overrun with negatives from hapless bidders and he gets NRUed.

The bottom line is they don't have anyone doing any preemptive type stuff and they just don't care. You're on your own.

I would avoid anything with too good a price and an urgency to pay to get that price.Sneaky trolls like to get you with that method.

Read the thread "Protect Yourself - Ressurected - " at the top of the 1st page with the stickies!

Actually Ebay does do preemtive stuff. I had a couple auctions cancelled on laptops because I said it came with Windows. They said I was in violation of copyright laws. I explained to them that this was the original software that came with it from the manufacturer. They have locked my account as of now. I am currently in dispute with Ebay and they do not respond to emails. Of course they also do not have a phone number to contact them.

They cancelled it because it's in their interest, not the buyer's or seller's. They couldn't care less about people who are about to troll as long as they get their fee.

here's another thing, he told me that the klipsch comes direct from the manufacturer and i should pay tax( in california where i live) but he's from south dakota? why should i pay tax when i'm dealing from him directly not from klipsch, anyway i treid to do usps cod and he said no and he brags about his ref. and they will ship fedex. but thanks for the feedback ppl. i really appreciated it
