Is there a way to daisy chain S-video like you can with coax? I'm asking because i have digital cable with s-video out, and my dvd player also has s-video out. Now ideally i want to run both with svideo but i only have one svideo input on the back of my TV. There any simple solution to this?

Best Buy, Radio Shack, etc have A/V switches. There are manual switches (you gotta push the button) and there are automatic switches (whichever input is active gets the connection). Prices vary depending on which switch you go with. You cannot daisy chain S-Vid, and it's a VERY bad Idea to "Y" cable it.

Good Luck

Or you can get a receiver and use it for sweet digital sound as well as switching your s-vid connections at the touch of a button on a remote. If you just want functional s-video switching with audio even, get a push button switch box which should run for around $30-40.
