OT? Best online store to buy replacement (laptop) battery?

Most of the replacements I have been looking at ship from Hong Kong/EBAY, I'm not sure if they might explode or what not, but they are quite a bit less expensive than buying direct from Dell for example...

I think laptops for less had a toshiba battery that was otherwise hard to find.

If you're pretty handy you can buy replacement cells (with pre-soldered tabs), reuse the electronics and casing from the current battery pack, and save yourself a bundle of money. Unfortunately now I can't remember where I bought the cells, but I do remember that I spent $30 instead of $110 for a new battery by going this route.

I have bought a replacement battery for my Sony Vaio PcgFXA-47 laptop from here (made in China and here (made in Korea). Both have been cycled 20 -25 times and i have had no problems with them. Original equipment Sony batteries are horrendously priced so i went to these suppliers.

I ended up ordering from Kahlon.com as they have some of the best prices online and a pretty high reseller rating.
