my old laptop gave up & died - looks like a scrambled bios...
So after stripping it down I have the following and am wondering if there's anything I can do with any of it.
I have a tendency to hang on to useless stuff so I thought I'd ask you guys, before chucking it all in the dumper.
floppy drive, slides in to side of laptop
two 8 meg ram modules
one intel P 133 - 3.1V cpu
one nifty low profile quiet cpu cooler (maybe connect to a vid card GPU?)
2.5 inch 1GB HDD (is there some mp3 player that uses these?)
CNet CN40BC PC Card Ethernet Adapter with Dongle
Megahertz PCMCIA Modem, Xjack 28.8
power plug with Delta Electroncs ADP-45CB 45 W AC adapter - 19V 2.4A output
It's all from a Canon Innova 490CDT lappy.
