Please excuse my ignorance. Does any of you know the phone number to Amazon.com? Or know how long it takes them to process returns?

not a hot deal but definitely a helpful thread- i can't believe amazon doesn't list their number anywhere on their site.

THeir return policy (which you can find on the site if you look hard enough ) states that returns are credited within 7-14 days.
