I sold my very first DC machine today at our garage sale :(

The faithful Compaq Presario 133mhz Pentium machine that started me out in Seti on Sun Jun 27 06:08:27 1999 UTC.

May your new owner (AKA the sucker that paid me $75 for the PC and 15" monitor) treat you well.

And unfortunately, I didn't have seti on it when it went as I wiped the HDD.

Man I need to have a yard sale:)

I wonder how much I could get for the 4 P233 systems I have collecting dust. Or maybe even the 3 PowerPC's that are buried under those :)

Now you can go & get one of those cheap athlon & ecs combos ay fry's with that money.

Hey, you seem to have a good sales pitch. Want to sell my 133 system? I'll give you 3/4 of the cut.

My parents sold an IBM PS/2 Model 50 a few years ago for $50. Now I can see that that price was way too high, but at the time I had no idea, and my parents, even though they knew that the system was close to worthless, found it hard to part with something that they paid over $3000 for many years prior.

Wow ! 75 bucks ? lol. I gave one away like that the other day...matter of fact I gave away a celeron 366 also...they were gave to me and I didn't have anything in em so....in a nutshell....I'm dumb.... :D

I did make a few bucks off of a K6-2 333 tho...gave 25 for it and sold it for 70 along with a 24x Plextor that I installed for them....

If I counted labor on all the crap lately tho I would be making -50 bucks an hour probably.....
