I'd also say the psu. You've gotto replace that first to see if that is indeed the problem and if something else also got toasted...
 
No offense but I wouldn't trust a 520w PSU for $37 from a more no-name company. I always sink the most into my PSUs and motherboards. And my current $80 Fortron Blue Storm 500w PSU is no exception.
 
TTGI is not a no name company. They aren't "elite" like Antec, but I have never had any problems with any TTGI PSU I have used and I have not heard or read of anyone else that has had problems with them. They are extremely reliable and have excellent ratings on the voltage rails. Not to mention they are usually about 1/2 or less of the cost of the big name units...
