OT: A bright spot in my day

I know this is WAY off topic for the DC crowd but I just had to share.

I just spent a crapload of $$$ on some concert tix. On April 1 at 7:30 pm I will be at the Hilton Coliseum in Ames, IA for....






The Billy Joel/ Elton John Concert!!!!

Now I don't exactly listen to either of these guys but I think they are both some of the best musicians/ singers of our time.

Now for the DC part - due to the extravegant amount of money spent on these tix I won't be able to purchase the 2 new crunchers I was planning on building
Oh well - life is short and these guys won't be around forever - especially in concert.

I just heard about the Billy Joel/Elton John tour coming to Columbus, Oh. at the Nationwide Arena. I wish I had the $$ to go. Billy Joel has been one of my favorites, and Elton John is such a good performer and one heck of a pianist. I think it would kick butt!
