OSX look for Windows

I was playin with a Macbook today, and I must say, I love the animations from the desktop and I LOVE dashboard, but I have to use Windows in my workplace. Is there a way to get the animations and dashboard for Windows? I have Konfabulator, but I can't find a widget.

I just fully installed it. Works like a charm, this is awesome! Now to trick my mac-loving friends! I got the awesome aesthetics of OSX, and the awesome functionality and compatibility of XP! Thanks! 🙂

I loved the ui of macs. I saw this post and got it installed. It's just superb. I've got menus on 180 transparency with blue drop shadows. Previously I'd keep the quicklaunch bar on its own row below the taskbar. Now, I got all my quick launches on the dock bar, which I've made quite small. The only regret is that My Computer can't be launched from the dock. Explorer.exe can, but the folder tree on the left is annoying. Any workarounds anyone? Currently, I'm keeping the My Computer icon right next to the object dock. So it's kinda like a button on the dock. 🙂

On the site, it shows minimize, close buttons on the left of the title bar. After installing, they were on the right(like normal xp). Can they be put on the left?

The minimize to tray on all taskbar tabs is awesome, too. And the looks are dreamy. I used an early alpha of Vista for a few days. Afterwards, I didn't get time to check it out more. Will Vista look as good?

I used to use My Computer, but then I got used to Explorer, it is more professional. I like it. 🙂
