OSX 10.5.5 (host) XP pro sp3 (client) ICS

Good afternoon Anandtech!

as title says i am wondering whether or not it is possible to set up an ICS from an OSX system to XP pro being the client. They are connected via... crossover cable.

I had an xp lappy instead of the apple being the host, but it recently, after being in safe mode for a couple of months, died.

well its a start. on the XP machine it says that packets are being sent out, but none are receivd

so after a restart the packets began to flow both ways, BUT, neither the host nor the cient had internet 🙁

sorry i cant be much more help, I don't know much about apple products. I would check that site I listed and see if there is any more information available through apples support site.
