From searching there seems to be a lot of tools that perform this function - curious if anyone can recommend any specific products that perform well based on their experience.

I had a computer with multiple users and the motherboard died. It was using Windows XP SP3 and MS Office 2003 Outlook for email. My users would like to get their emails and address books off the old HDDs. How do I go about doing this and where do I find the files that store each user's emails and AB's. I can't find any .ost or .pst files but maybe they're hidden somewhere? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
