OSS content or project management systems

I'm looking to install a content or project management system on a Linux server running standard Apache/MySQL/PHP. Does anyone have a recommendation? I'm currently looking at Joomla and Activcollab, but there may be other good choices as well. Does anyone have experience with either of these systems? The capabilities I'm looking for are a forum, task list, and file versioning. Also I'd like to use whatever system we choose for some time, so if there are new features that are important to have, that would be useful.
Thanks for any suggestions or help.

cool thanks, will check that out
another one that has been recommended to me is Plone http://plone.org/

ok well went with drupal because my host doesn't support plone.

setup was pretty painless, just make db run script etc.

dunno how to use it yet, but it seems to have all the features needed
