Anyone have any experience with Osprey video capture PC cards? I'm looking at models 210 or 230, in the $200 range. I'd like to get something better than the cheapie $30 units that never seem to work and have an incomprehensible interface.
One thing I can't tell from the spec sheets is the video resolution. I need 720x480, 4:3 aspect, no more, no less, but none of the sheets mention this spec. I also need MPG encoding output, but I can't find that anywhere, either.
Anyone?
