Oscilloscope software.

I'd like to find some free software that can act as an oscilloscope for audio files on my computer, this is more out of interest than anything else.. Anyone know or have experience of any?

What about Audicity?

That shows plots and stuff. I think there are extensions that you can use to achieve more functionality.
