OS9 Mac diagnostics (ping, nslookup, etc.)?

I'm dealing with a coworkers mac that refuses to load a website we host. I recently performed some DNS changes on our network, but this particular website shouldn't have been affected.

Are there are utilities builtin to the OS9 OS for diagnosing these types of problems? Such as ping or nslookup? If not, can anyone recommend any good mac software to try? (free/shareware preferred as we do so little work with macs)

Try IP Netmonitor I believe. It's made by Sustainable networks. It has all the usual network diagnostic tools like ping, traceroute, nslookup, whois, etc.
