OS problems w/ Dell Latitude please help

I have a Dell latitude 1 ghz piii. It has win 2000 and win 98. the hd has been formatted and partitioned into 2 hds. I don't have the recovery cds. Is there a way I can remove win 98 w/o reformatting the entire hd? thanks

Are W2k and W98 configured for dual boot and are they on separate partitions? Take a look at your boot.ini file to see if there is an entry for W98.
