OS hook during fast user switch in XP?

Hi all -

I'm wondering if there is a way I can set up XP to close a certain application (Hauppauge TV tuner app) when a user tiggers a fast user switch to go back to login window and log in under another account.

Basically, this app doesn't play nice when two different accounts are active and trying to access it... I'd like to make it close as part of a fast user switch so that if someone else happens to run it in an active session it will work ok.

Any ideas? I was hoping there was a util out there, but I could code something too if need be...
