For testing Core 2 Duo do you guys recommend running two instances or one of Orthos SP2004.

What settings?

download the latest edition...it will start two threads for you. Then set small FFT's and burn away.

What if you run one instance and your cpu usage is only 50%?

When you launch Orthos, you should see two different sessions within the main windows. The top one is for cpu0, and the bottom one is for cpu1.
