Orthos/P95 Question

I'm trying to isolate my cpu's L2 cache in stress testing. I'm using an E4300 (2MB L2). In Orthos/P95, would I just set Min FFT to 128, Max FFT to 2048, and minimize the amount of system memory to use? Or is there something I'm missing?
