Surely, you've read about Senator Hatch's idea to destroy the computers of illegal file traders. Here are some of his other ideas to stop lawbreakers:

Speeding - Car is blown up Italian mafia style
Adultery - Certain body parts are chopped off, depending on your sex
Drugs - Marijuana (and other smoked drugs) - "smoking fingers" are cut off, Cocaine - No more nose, Heroin (and other injected drugs) - Arms are amputated above the elbow
Sexual Harassment - Same as adultery

These are just a few of the senator's great ideas. Soon, the country will be rid of drug using, sexual harassing, fast-driving adulterers who like to download songs before they buy them. Then our country will be a great place to live, no?
