I pretty much got all samsung ddr ram, started when the original samsung pc2700 were reported to get pc3200 easily, and then those cheap pny deals. I have two sticks of 256mb original samsung pc2700 and would like to run dual channel ddr on my nforce 2 board. I do know that they can run at ddr400, given some vram. Does anyone know if those ram can run at these speeds on a nforce 2? I have no cpu so I can't test it out yet.

I have two sticks of orginal Samsung PC 2700 running dual channel at 220mhz at CAS 2 (Epox 8RDA+). I have two more sticks running at 200mhz in dual channel at CAS 2 (MSI K7N2-L).

I had two Samsung original pc2700 256MB sticks in my nforce2 board running at 200MHz, Cas 2.5-3-3-6, with 2.7V. Mine were the "DTL" model. The CTLs are a little better and will often run at 200MHz at Cas 2-2-2-6.
