Is there a way to save or export the home screen bookmark(s) icons? I have been so used to my original icons that when I went to update them with the new phone it gave me something different.

For example - Yahoo's main page comes up with a purple yahoo icon while my original one was just a screen shot of the page. I kind of liked the way mine looked as opposed to what they have now.
 
not to my knowledge. I believe it's pulling those icons from the webpage. More than likely Yahoo didn't have an icon when you first made the bookmark and now they've updated the link to include a bookmark for the iPhone.
