original gf3 > gf3 ti200?

Pretty simple question. Which is better, an original GF3 (Hercules Prophet III) or a comparable GF3 Ti200? Any feature/architectural differences between them?
 
the Ti200 is the same thing, cept it's 175/400.
the GF3 vanilla is 200/460.

the original GF3 is better only cause it's clocked higher, but your Ti200 should be able to hit those speeds easily... mine did.
