Original AIW pci & Radeon LE together...will I they have problems/driver conflicts?

I'm using an original ATI AIW 32meg pci card. I'm going to buy a new video card soon. I was thinking on getting a new Radeon DDR LE. Since my AGP slot is empty right now I wanted to keep my AIW in my system so I can still use the VIVO (watch DIVX movies on my T.V.) Well... my question is if I get a new Radeon DDR LE will I run into compatibility problems? Since both cards are ATI cards will the drivers conflict or not? I dont game on my T.V.(my 19" monitor is plenty big) so I dont need to spend extra cash on a new card with VIVO. Thanx
