Origin Sale

Not sure when it started but I do see Witcher 2 for $6 and LOTR War in the North for $8. Has it gotten lower than that on Steam yet?

I picked up LOTR weeks and weeks ago for like 4 bucks from someone like gmg, and any serious sale would have Witcher 2 for 5 bucks.
