Orientation keeps shifting on my 21" CRT

I have replace a faulty Dell 21" CRT with another Dell flat-screen CRT which has "Trinitron" at the upper left corner.

I configured the screen size and geometry to fit the viewable area. After 30min or an hour, it would slight shifted toward the bottom right. Is there anyway I can fix it? What wrong with the monitor?

Please help, thanks!

Adjust the image when the monitor has been on for a while and is warm. When you turn on the monitor from a long time of rest, the image will be slightly off but will return to the correctly adjust position when it warms up again.
