Nero Ultimate 8 - using Nero Mediahome from bundle
How do you get NMH to categorize the Videos? I have my videos organized by folders on my hard drive (Drama, Horror, etc...), but all I get is a long alphabetical list on the PS3 under view all videos. There is no Folder view like in WMP11 and TVersity
Side Notes:
Running Vista Home Premium
Using WMP11 for AVIs, DIVX and most MP4's ripped with Nero RECODE(this works great!) in PS3 template.
Problem Files:
Have a number of AppleTV encoded MP4's that do not play on PS3 using WMP, so need to transcode using NMH - this transcoding works fine except for the lack of folder support (using MPEG2 hi bit rate).
Interesting Fix:
NMH actually didn't even recognize these weird MP4's until I changed the file extensions to *.AVI. Now it sees them and transcodes perfectly. Now if I could just get categories or folders. life would be perfect.
Tried using TVersity to transcode these weird AppleTV MP4's but TVersity skewed aspect ratio of all video files. But at least had folder categories. TVersity works great for all other file formats & could easily use instead of WMP11 - still may switch.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thnx.
