Organized Tournament Play-this weekend

As you can see, I've been on the boards a long time and long time gamer. Just recently I put together a site to have organized tournaments with legitimate prizes and bragging rights.

For a trial to see how it works/runs, get feedback, I will be having two tournaments consisting of 3 rounds of FFA Slayer in Halo 3 and one bracket of Team Slayer. Top two advance in FFA, winning team advances in TS. Winner Takes home a 360 game of their choice for FFA, and winning team of TS takes home gift certificates to gamestop/eb.
The entry/donation fee is $5 this time, future events/interest will obviously dictact this amount in the future.
I am a huge fan of organized play and would really like to see this take off.
I dont want to spam my URL here, or make it seem like spam, so if you are interested, please shoot me over a PM, this site is in its first initial launch phase, just looking for traffic and get this first tourney off the ground.

If you are interested, it is set for this saturday from 1:00pm central to 3:00pm central. We limited the amount of players to 32 (two 16 person brackets)

i personally do not like FFA's and haven't played Halo 3 in a while so i'd get smashed no doubt, so i'm going to pass.

Right on, definitely understand, if you are interested, you can still register on the site, and voice your opinion on the next game, doesnt have to be 360, its just easiest to run a tourney on there to start with.

Still not a huge amount of interest yet, I think I will push back the tourney to next weekend unless we get at least one bracket filled by tonight. Id really like to get the ball rolling. If anything, if you want to join the community and not do the tourney, that would be good. I have one guy who wants to help organize the COD4 tourney... and i know there has been some interest in RSV as well

alright, i made a new post for COD4 so drop by the site, and voice your opinion on what kind of gametypes, maps, teams etc.
And any other game, if you want, ps3 too, looking for a popular one for that... I am thinking warhawk?
