PORTLAND, Ore. - Portland police have confirmed that the senior official at the Oregon Liquor Control Commission has been ticketed for driving under the influence.

Police say Teresa Kaiser, Director of the OLCC, received a citation for DUII on Saturday, April 22.

No details regarding Kaiser's blood alcohol level or what led police to issue the ticket have been released.

The OLCC oversees the operation of Oregon's state-sanctioned liquor stores and issues liqour licenses to restaurants and other drinking establishments.
