Ordinal could not be located?

When I try to run winipcfg on my Win2K machine, I get the error message "The ordinal 1001 could not be located in the dynamic link library WSOCK32.dll." What is the reason for this and what is the resolution?

Correct. winipcfg is not a utility in W2K. What you do is open up a command line then type ipconfig or ipconfig /all.
