ordering today, what GPU???? <200$ what gpu?

5900SE, 9600XT, 5700, 9700 (is it that low?)

which brand, model etc.

PLEASE help, stupid old gpu died, and my dad needs his lappy back.

If you raise your spending limit 10 bucks you get a 9700 PRO retail.

If you want nvidia go with the BFG 5900 non ultra, and hope that you get a card that works off the bat...I got one that didn't work, RMAed it...and got that back today...same exact problem. I am convinced they just looked at it and was like eh nothing wrong, send it out. So now they are advance RMAing one to me...which means I keep the bad card, get a prepaid label and replacement card from them in a few days and ship it back to them.

Or get the 9800Pro from CompUSSR for $200 AR + tax (might be cheaper from newegg depending on tax).
