Anyone mind checking compatibility and pointing out problems or making suggestions?
I already have peripherals like keyboard,mouse,monitor, and I have a nice PSU.

Thats quite the system. I can't find anything. Just make sure you case can fit a ATX motherboard, not a micro. Other than that, sounds good.
